Once your order is dispatch you will receive a tracking number and tracking link. All shippings are trackable

Even though we always try to cover duty fees, for some countries including the UK since January 2021 and Europe that may not be possible for products above 135£/150€.

Since the Importer is always the final customer, the customer is always responsible to pay for any import duties and custom fees if requested by the local authorities.

Fees will not be refunded from us with no exceptions.

Duties and taxes are calculated and charged by the custom authorities in your country hence they`re out of our control

Our company is based in Tokyo, Japan. Our product are designed in our office in Japan and produced in our partners factories in China and India.

If you are requested to pay for VAT or other Import Fees and you refuse to pay, the parcel may be seized by the Custom authorities or shipped back to our warehouse. If the parcel is retuned to us we will refund the order excluding shipping fees.

Returns

If one of our product isn`t the perfect design for your home, return it for an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging to the factory not to our office. We do not provide shipping labels but will be happy to help you out with the process.

Other Questions

Chargebacks are disputed transactions. These are cherges that customers dispute on their credit cards for different transactions.

If we suspect that you have used chargeback with fraudolent intention, we are within our legal right to file a lawsuit against you and pursue criminal charges if applicable.

As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfillment by us, within 12 hours, we can cancel the order. Post 12 hours it is impossible to cancel the order.
